Information on Liability Insurance for Reflexologists:

One of our TRA Members recently informed us that the International Reflexology Association (IRA) offers liability insurance as a benefit to its members through the IMA Group Inc at about $200 per year.  The IMA Group states that If you happen to be sued, they will pay for your defense and pay for any damages ruled by the court, subject to policy limits.  The Website address is http://www.internationalreflexologyassociation.com and the e-mail address is info@imagroupinc.com.  The following exerts are taken from the IRA Website and is provided by TRA for information purposes only (the TRA does not necessarily endorse or have an affiliation with the IMA Group):

  • Professional Liability Insurance (malpractice insurance) Protects from claims made for injuries due to professional misconduct, negligence, or lack of skill in the performance of professional work.
